I have been a massage therapist for over 10 years. I love being able to give people relief from daily pain and stresses.  My training is in Remedial, Oncology, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish relaxation and therapeutic treatment massage. I will listen carefully to you and tailor each session according to your needs, paying attention to your comfort.

My mission is to not only improve my clients quality of life but to also encourage them in the understanding of the long term benefits and overall well being of massage and bodywork. I work past the superficial tissues to treat the deeper underlying issues.  I aim to work with each client to find a plan through assessment, evaluation and treatment that works best for them to reach their goals!
